Remember that series that Amazon rebooted? the first trailer is here and it looks brilliant!
Based off the original comic book series (and 90’s animated show) The Tick is set to air as a two-part series, with 12 episodes in total. If the trailer is any indicator, the show will very much be in the same tone of the original show, goofy, and not the slightest bit gritty.
The show stars Peter Serafinowicz as The Tick and Griffin Newman as his very nerdy sidekick Arthur Everest. The first six episodes will drop on Amazon come 25 August, while the second set of episodes will arrive in 2018.
