Attack on Titan just had its episode count revealed earlier this week, by way of the show’s official Twitter account.

The second season for the wildly popular Attack on Titan anime series will have a total of 12 episodes, with plans to release two Blu-ray disc and DVD sets. Each set will contain six episodes each, bringing up the total to 12.

For those in Japan, it will premiere on 21 networks starting 1 April, with Crunchyroll and Funimation to also to stream the series.

The first DVD and Blu-ray set will ship 21 June, with the second set to follow 18 August. Both will include a VR movie, but only the first will be inclusive of VR goggles. The VR movie is titled  Shingeki no Kyojin-ten 360° Taikan Theater ‘Hoeru‘” (Attack on Titan Exhibition 360-degree: Experience Theater “Roar”).
