The HTC Vive is getting a few upgrades this CES, one of which is a very much welcome wireless version as well as a deluxe strap with its own built in audio.

Those who aren’t familiar with HTC’s Vive VR headset, it’s basically one of the more popular VR headsets currently out in the market, along with the Oculus Rift and Sony’s PSVR.

The latest improvements coming to the Vive is a Deluxe Audio Strap which adds headphones straight onto the strap and will wear better. Aside from adjustable headphones with 360-degree “VR audio”, the strap also has a sizing dial out back to make for a better fit.

Also, the Vive will finally be going wireless (woo!) with the new wireless VR adapters for the headsets. This is on top of news of a new VR tracking device which will let users bring certain real world objects into their VR game (called the Vive Tracker). We’re expecting other accessories to be rolled out by the company following the VR boom, so we’ll be keeping our ear to the ground for these.

Both devices will roll out around the 2nd quarter of the year but it will also be available to order directly from the Vive’s website.
