Gintama delayed due to author being unwell

Mangaka of Gintama, Hideaki Sorachi is not well – “got a bad banana” so to speak and will absent for two weeks for Shonen Jump’s serialization of his work.

The famous, long running series will back in Issue 47 of Shonen Jump which is set to publish on 19th October 2015. The mangaka will take a short break to recover from his current illness.

Meanwhile new themes “Beautiful Days” by OKAMOTO and “Gloria Days” by Three Lights Down Kings will debut in the anime series. And a surprise guest in shape of Kaien Robot by famous designer Masami Obari will grace this week’s episode.

Let’s hope the mangaka will get well soon.
