The official website for the anime series Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash (Hai to Gensō no Grimgar or Grimgar le Monde des cendres et de fantaisie) has dropped a new promo video as well as details on the theme songs, a new visual and premiere date.
The promo video features the opening theme “Knew day” and the anime will feature more songs from Toho Animation Records’ new project called (K) NoW_NAME, including the ending “Harvest” theme songs.
Here’s the official synopsis for Grimgar:
Living, isn’t easy.
When Haruhito awakens, he’s in the dark.
He doesn’t know where he is, why is he here, and where he came from.
Around him there are several men and women who have the same circumstances.
Together, they advance forward away from the darkness, and a world they’ve never seen before called “Grimgar” spreads out before them.
Memories, money, special powers — This is the reality we who have none of those things have obtained.
They also released this new visuals featuring the characters of the series, some of which we featured some time back as well as the character sheets and voice actors for a few more.
Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash is set to premiere 10 January 2016 on Tokyo MX and AT-X.
