Kemono Friends is set to get another season or possibly a new screen project which is coming soon.
The news came from the Horindo Comic Plaza bookstore, which posted a photo of the fifth official guidebook for the Kemono Friends Anime earlier this week. The book itself is slated for release tomorrow.
However, despite the new installment being announced, the books’ wraparound jacket reads that “it will take some time, so please wait!” which means the release date is currently up in the air.

As for the anime itself, it premiered on 10 January this year and ran for 12 episodes before ending in late March. The franchise also received a stage play adaptation and is getting multiple games from Bushiroad for smartphones.
