KOEI Tecmo is making a sequel to their Attack on Titan game (aptly named Attack on Titan 2) which is set to hit the market in early 2018.

While the platforms for the game have yet to be revealed, we do know a few things about it.

For starters, here’s the synopsis:

Players will once again don the renowned Omni-Directional Maneuver Gear as they fight and repel the fearsome Titans that threaten humanity, to restore peace within the walls.” The sequel game will feature new gameplay mechanics.

Hideo Suzuki will be directing the game and Hisashi Koinuma will be producing. While the first game was centered around the Battle of Trost, we’re not entirely sure which part of the show’s timeline this game will be revolving around but we expect that it will at least be out for the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam.
