A new trailer is out for the live-action Fullmetal Alchemist film and it shows off Misia’s theme song Kimi no Soba ni Iru yo (I’m By Your Side).

The movie is set to open on 25 October in Japan for its world premiere at the Tokyo International Film Festival. It will then open in Japan on 1 December.

The cast for Full Metal Alchemist includes Ryosuke Yamada (member of boy band Hey! Say! JUMP) as protagonist Edward Elric, Tsubasa Honda (Kishūteneki Terminal) as sidekick Winry Rockbell, and Dean Fujioka (The Pinkertons) as Elric’s superior officer, Colonel Roy Mustang.

Other actors confirmed for the film are Natsuna Watanabe as Maria Ross, Jun Kunimura as Doctor Marco, Kanata Hongou as Envy, and Kenjiro Ishimaru as Father Cornello.
