Guess what? A live action Gintama web-series is coming your way. The best part is, it has the same cast and crew as the movie.
As announced by Docomo’s dTV – a streaming service in Japan – the live action Gintama film based on Hideaki Sorachi’s manga of the same name has inspired a live-action web series that is set to air on July 15. There isn’t much information released yet, but it is said that the web series will be based on the popular story arc in the manga.
Can’t wait till the 15th? You’ll be glad to know that Docomo’s dTV will be airing “movie-style” comics of the same title starting July 1.
