Looks like the platforming action MMORPG MapleStory is headed to VR, with Nexon showcasing a demo of their next game in the franchise.

Named MapleStoryVR, the game is pretty much an Oculus Rift and Samsung Gear VR compatible version of the original game which launched in 2003. The game still goes on up to this day, still extremely popular though MapleStory 2 was launched in July this year. It even got an anime adaptation in 2007.

This version of the game is in fact in 3D (whereas the original MapleStory is a 2D platformer) but you probably will find the same locations and monsters within. There aren’t anymore details on the game aside from this, like a launch date but you can check out the trailer below!
