The 24th hero to join Overwatch is here, and Orisa is now available for play on the public test realm.

In a nutshell the new character, Orisa, is an omnic created by eleven-year-old prodigy Efi Oladele following the Omnic Crisis, which was a big deal in Overwatch’s history. As a “mechanical peacekeeper” from the land of Numbani, Orisa plays as a tank whose primary ability is producing barriers to shield herself from attack. With the majority of her abilities being defensive, her ultimate is Supercharger, which buffs the damage outputs of her surrounding allies.

They even released this snazzy little video to go with her introduction.

Orisa won’t be available for console yet, but it shouldn’t be too long before she hits both PC and console. In the meantime, check out her intro video:
