Let’s be honest, neither of the first two Thor movies was great. They weren’t bad just, ok by Marvel movie standards. However, Thor: Ragnarok, the third instalment of Marvel’s Norse God of Thunder movies, looks like it’ll break the cycle of meh-ness that the series had so far, at least from what we’re seeing in its latest trailer.

We’ve known for a while that Thor: Ragnarok would have elements of the World War Hulk arc from the comics and this is the first time we’ve seen our favourite angry green Hulk in his full gladiatorial glory. What else is there to expect?

How about Cate Blanchett’s Hela putting the beat down on Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Mjolnir shattered, Thor’s lustrous locks no more, the return of Thor’s helmet (in a form) and many, many more. It’s hard to describe the whole trailer so maybe just watching it down here would be the better option. Hopefully this trailer doesn’t contain all the best bits of the movie.
