Looks like the end is nigh for the 1001 Knights manga, as the manga is set to finally come to an end.
The manga will officially end in the next issue of Kadokawa’s Monthly Asuka, which is set to drop on 23 September. The author, Yukiru Sugisaki is also known for the D.N.Angel manga series as well as Lagoon Engine and Lagoon Engine Einsatz.
1001 Knights has been running since 2012 in Monthly Asuka, with Kadokawa launching the manga’s ninth compiled book volume in January.
The story is very much inspired by Arabian Nights, where twins Naito and Yuta travel to Dubai in search of their missing father; resulting in them awakening in the world of One Thousand and One Nights.
Hopefully, the manga comes to a fitting conclusion!
