Nintendo has spilled the beans on a new Fire Emblem game that’s set to hit the 3DS in 2016, which is great because due to bad sales Fire Emblem Awakening was meant to be the last of it’s series but it’s popularity allowed the title to make a come back. The game doesn’t have a name yet, but we’re happy enough that we’re getting another game!
The game will be the first in it’s series to star your very own customized character as the game’s main protagonist, as opposed to letting you take charge of the game’s main character as has been tradition for the series. Aside from puzzle solving and more classic RPG elements the game seems to sit heavily on your choices as this will forge your character’s fate.
Still, it looks like the game will follow the standard ‘kingdom at war’ scenario that’s a staple for practically the entire Fire Emblem series and your character will be in the tricky situation of being a member of the Hoshido royal family that was raised by the Kingdom of Nohr, who they are currently at war with.
So who would you choose?
