It’s not even been half a year since Mass Effect: Andromeda dropped but BioWare claims that the game will no longer be getting any updates.

So this essentially means that the single-player mode won’t be getting any DLC or updates, and Andromeda will be the first of four to have no post-release single player DLC.

This feels a bit like the developer is going back to the stone age because well, most big games tend to get DLCs these days but it seems that BioWare is just noping away from a title that needed a lot of fixing due to technical issues and other problems.

However, not all hope is lost for the story as BioWare said that the story-based multiplayer missions will keep the game’s story going, as well as upcoming content in the form of comics and novels. Multiplayer will also continue receiving new content, so keep an eye out for what’s in store for N7 Day, which hits 7 November.
