The Fitbit Blaze
More known for producing sporty wearables, this is the first time they’ve actually come out with a fancy looking smartwatch. The Fitbit Blaze, as it is named, isn’t exactly a smartwatch by most counts (because it doesn’t have third-party apps). But the brand is marketing it for people who want their watch to still be fitness focused, minus the usual complications involved with smartwatches.
However, unlike their previous products, the Blaze will actually feature an LED colour screen and they’ve left out the GPS features for this one.
The device is still modular though, so you can swap out the straps to your preference; coming in elastomer, leather and stainless steel options.
The version with the rubber strap will retail at $199.95 (about RM 875.70) and will come in black, blue and plum variants. The leather banded variant will cost an extra $99.95 (about RM 438 extra!) and the steel band will set you back $129.95 (about RM 570). The device will be on the market come this March.
