With the release of Netflix’s Iron Fist series, we finally got to see the final puzzle piece of the streaming service’s superhero quartet. With all the players assembled, it’s about time we get to see all four of The Defenders together. And now we can thanks to the newly released trailer for the series!
With the new trailer also comes the release date for Marvel’s The Defenders. We’ll now be able to see Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist kick-ass come August 18, 2017.
The Defenders follows Matt Murdock/Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand/Iron Fist (Finn Jones), a quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realise they just might be stronger when teamed together.
We’re absolutely hyped for the new series and just can’t wait for its release.
