Ever wondered what it would be like to wander the decks of the USS Enterprise from Star Trek?
The Enterprise D Construction Project project made a reproduction of the iconic ship from Star Trek the Next Generation in Unreal Engine and frankly its beautiful. The goal of the project is to recreate the entire starship from top to toe so fans can explore the ship, fly the shuttlecraft and literally be a member of the crew should they wish.
The best part? the whole thing is Oculus Rift ready so you can visit the ship in its entirety! You can hear the hum of the engines, visit the bridge and listen to the iconic voices within, heck, we can only imagine how enamoring the experience would be with the Oculus that we wish we could try it out now!
The project is set to hit KickStarter and Patreon soon so stay tuned for more details.
