Marvel‘s just released the first trailer for their upcoming teen drama Cloak & Dagger. Check it out.
The trailer shows Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone “Ty” Johnson (Aubrey Joseph), two teens from very different backgrounds fall in love as they discover their powers. Cloak & Dagger was announced in April last year, and will be Marvel Television’s first series on the network.
The show itself is based on Tandy and Ty’s comic book adventures from the 1980ies, albeit with crime and the drug trade as their enemies as opposed to the superhuman threats they will face in this series.

Marvel will also be putting their upcoming New Warriors series on Freeform, with the half-hour comedy to star Squirrel Girl and a handful of other heroes.
Cloak & Dagger is expected to drop sometime in 2018.
