Into the Badlands star Daniel Wu has just joined the cast of Warner Bros. Tomb Raider reboot, and he’s going to be Lara Croft’s partner.
Wu will be portraying Lu Ren, a ship captain who partners up with Croft on her search for her father. He has also been involved in shows like Warcraft and The Man with the Iron Fists, just to name a few.
Wu joins Alicia Vikander, who will be playing Croft, alongside Walton Goggins, who is cast as the film’s antagonist.
Directed by Roar Uthaug and produced by Graham King, the Tomb Raider reboot will hit the movies 16 March 2018.
