This week, the season finale of Arrow just aired and with The Flash’s season finale coming up next week, we just can’t wait for more DC heroes to show up on TV. We already know that Supergirl will be making her debut pretty soon but now, there’s one more thing to look forward for come 2016.

And that’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and from what we can see from the trailer, it’s going to be a doozy. In case you’re wondering, the new series is a spin-off from both Arrow and The Flash and will feature some familiar faces and some new ones as well.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow familiar faces include Ray Palmer aka The Atom, Captain Cold, Heatwave, Firestorm and former Canary turned White Canary, Sara Lance. As for the new face , the series will be introducing Hawkgirl, who, if you’re familiar with DC lore, has wings and has been reincarnated constantly over history, and Rip Hunter, a travelling hero from the future.

Aside from the characters teased in the trailer, we also get a glimpse of the new villain the heroes (and two villains) will be facing off throughout the series, Randal Savage. Yep, the immortal villain will be the big baddie for the series and due to the immortality, our newly formed band of heroes will be travelling time to stop his evil machinations.

There’s more goodies to be seen in the trailer so we won’t be spoiling it all for you. Suffice to say though, this is one TV series we will be eagerly awaiting come 2016. Yeh, it ain’t the Justice League, more Justice League International but still, it looks good enough to keep us in our seats.
