Comedy manga Denpa Kyoushi/電波教師 or He is the Ultimate Teacher gets a TV adaptation for Spring 2015 anime season. It is announced on the wraparound of the 14th volume of the manga by Takeshi Azuma.
The official site has already released the visual key and few trailers to go with it. Confirmed voice castings are Daisuke Ono (Black Butler), Kana Asumi (Hidamari Sketch), a newcomer that’s only known by his nickname from NicoNico: Kuma@Hentaikuma. It will be directed by Hirofumi Ogura (Black Butler Season Two) with character designs tasked to Tadashi Sakazaki (Zoids). A-1 Studio, the cool people who did Fate/Zero and Aldnoah Zero will be animating the series.
The manga started in 2011 in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday and so far 14 volumes of tankubons have been published until today. The story is about a physics genius prodigy who got his work published in the scientific journal when he is just a boy, decides to quit his studies one day and becomes a social recluse (NEET)*. Instead of pursuing a scientific career, he dedicates himself to anime blogging and collecting things. Then one day, his little sister kicks him to his senses and gave him a job to teach physics at school.
Another lighthearted series incoming which is quite typical of the summer anime lineup.
