If you’re a comic book fan, watching Venom VS Carnage on the big screen is probably something you’ve been waiting for your whole life.
Unfortunately, all we got was that crappy version of Venom played by Eric Forman from That 70s Show. Boy, was Spider-Man 3 a complete disaster.
Well, it looks like a good 11 years later, our dreams may finally come to fruition. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Carnage – one of the best comic book villains ever created – will be the main villain in the Venom movie that’s set to be released next year. Mix that with the fact that Tom Hardy is cast as Venom and the recent announcement by Amy Pascal that this movie will be a part of the MCU, my excitement level is at an all-time high.
Venom will hit cinemas on 5 October 2018.
