Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works Blu-ray will feature the alternate ending short

Fans of TYPEMOON’s Fate/Stay Night take notice!

Anyone who pre-orders the Japanese release of the second season Blu-ray set of Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Works will get a lot of exclusive goodies. The pre-order period will close on 10 August 2015 and the fans have to shell out 35,000 Yen (RM1091) for it.  Studio ufotable announced features like 13 episodes with English subtitles, OST CD, drama CD and a 50 page production booklet.

Not only that, there will be a 10 minute anime short of “Sunny Day”, the alternate ending that is only previously seen in visual novel. Besides this, “Curtain Call ~ Let Us Drive Together” audio drama with Noriaki Sugiyama (Shirou Emiya), Kana Ueda (Rin Tosaka) and Daisuke Namikawa (Waver Velvet/Lord El-Melloi II).

To those who have never touched the visual novel, “Sunny Day” is the alternate epilogue where Saber survived the last battle at the temple and lives together with Rin and Shirou in a blissful threesome relationship.

The special boxset is set for release on 7 October this year.
