Built for the Oculus Touch, Epic Games‘ Robo Recall is their first ever full VR game and its releasing for free in 2017. Video after the jump.
The spiritual successor to the Bullet Train demo that Epic showed off at last year’s Oculus showcase, the game allows players to use a variety of weapons to kick the literal butts of a horde of murderous machines.
Now that’s one heck of an advertisement.
Gameplay pushes forward by offering players increasingly challenging missions as the game progresses, and there’s even a leaderboard. For those who just want to mess around in the game, there’s a sandbox mode to let you take apart those rogue robos at your leisure.
There’s no solid release date for Robo Recall just yet, but it will be completely free when it launches in early 2017.
