The Neon Genesis Evangelion bullet train has been running for more than a year now in Japan on their JR-West line, but they’re now letting you sit in an Evangelion cockpit.
While the train will be continuing its usual runs (albeit it will be changing stations in April) you can book ahead to experience it for yourself. There will be a number of tour plans available for the trains, including overnight stays in Hakata.
The two available tours are limited to 30 and 70 people each, and will set you back between 31,800-42,800 yen a piece per adult. Yikes.
The train service will continue to run till Spring 2018, so if you’re a huge Eva fan, try to catch it! You can get a closer look at it in this short video below:
