Microsoft has just announced some very shocking news, Lionhead Studios, the guys behind the Fable franchise is closing down.
Lionhead in the past has worked on games like Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and the Black and White series just to name a few. The news apparently came to the employees of the company last Friday as their social media channels have been quiet ever since.
On top of this bad news, the much awaited Fable Legends is getting axed too, alongside all other projects that are being developed by the studio.
Microsoft says they’re working with employees of Lionhead to find other opportunities within the company, but still, we’ll miss you Lionhead Studios. Thanks for all the awesome games.
