Five Nights at Freddy’s World, a spinoff of the popular Horror game that was barely up on Steam for a week, has now been taken down following disappointment with the game.
The reasoning behind this is that creator Scott Cawthon was disappointed with the role-playing game, despite launching it almost a month earlier than originally announced.
“Even though the game had a ‘Very Positive’ rating with 87 [percent], I was not satisfied with the reviews and ratings it was getting,” he said. “For that reason, I’ve decided to remove the game from Steam.”

Those who have purchased the game can opt for a refund, the system of which will be up soon.
But the game isn’t dead though, as when it makes its comeback it will be available for free on Gamejolt. Cawthon is also polishing up the game apparently but hasn’t given a timeframe for its relaunch.
