In almost-typical Scott Cawthon fashion, Five Nights at Freddy’s World is out early on Steam! Almost an entire month earlier than its original launch date.

The RPG spinoff of the popular horror series, Five Nights at Freddy’s is a departure from the original jumpscare-horror-survival that the game is known for. Instead it features colourful graphics, cheery music and of course, gratuitous pizza flinging battles.

So you will be following the adventures of Freddy Fazbot and do battle with enemies using pizza, cupcakes and the occasional song.

From what we can tell, there will be a fair bit of world exploring too, and here’s the official synopsis:

With 40 playable characters, multiple endings, multiple difficulties, and a great soundtrack from artist Leon Riskin, FNaF World hits the ground running and doesn’t stop. Take control of Freddy and the gang as they set out on a quest in the world beneath worlds, a world that reflects the actions and deeds of the “flipside”, where things have started becoming distorted and broken.

Lead your team deeper into this digital world to find the source of these glitches and monsters, and restore it to what it was designed to be- a safe haven.

You can buy it here for RM 23 on Steam. We don’t entirely know if the game will be holding any dark secrets (I mean, it can’t possibly be one of Cawthon’s games if it isn’t??) but we’ll find out soon enough.
