4. SOMA
Created by the same guys behind the Amnesia series, SOMA is one of the new kids on the block, combining suspense and mystery in an underwater setting which would be very familiar to fans of Bioshock. The game doesn’t have a huge amount to offer in terms of scare factor but the eerie atmosphere and tension is what really sells this psychological horror game while you piece together what exactly happened to you.
If you really dig games with creepy atmosphere (but no outright gore or cheap jumpscares) and a deep story behind it, SOMA might be right up your alley. The awesome voice acting only seals the deal.
