The official site for TV anime series adaptation for ONE & Yuusuke Murata’s One Punch Man/ワンパンマン is up with a new key visual from the anime.
One Punch Man is a an action, comedy, satirical manga penned by ONE and drawn by mangaka Yuusuke Murata since 2009. It began as a humble free online web comic before Shueisha picked it up and featured in their Young Jump magazine in mid 2012. Since then, seven tankubon volumes of the manga has been published with an upcoming eighth volume coming around 3 April 2015. The series became a sensation in Japan with over 4.5 million copies sold since late November last year. Apparently this represents a doubling of the sales in one year.
So far, nothing much known about the anime series, further information will be known soon during AnimeJapan event which runs from 21-22 March 2015 when the anime production team will convene a panel in the said event. The staff, cast and first trailer of the series is scheduled for a reveal during the panel.

This should a be a fun, non-nonsensical but light series to watch for sure.
