The God Eater production team has announced that episodes 10-13 will be aired in Winter 2015.

The listed names are as follows – Episode 10 “Sange” (A Glorious End), Episode 11 “Meteor Light” , Episode 12 “Dai-Ichi Butai (First Unit/Squad), Episode 13 “Renge” (Lotus Flower).

The anime series has been suffered numerous delays and production problems, many fans are puzzled with the listing that episode 9 (airing in Japan on September 27, 2015) as the concluding episode of the series in view of a new season of anime creeping up. With this update from the production team, the fans of God Eater can finally breath a sigh of relief.

Takayuki Hirao (Kara no Kyokai, Gyo) is the director of the series whereas Tetsuya (Sword Art Online II) is responsible for the character designs with Keita Shimizu (Fate/Zero) doing animation direction. Go Shiina from Gyo will be handling the music score for the series with the OP theme sang by OLDCODEX. The storyline of the series will be based on the first game’s story with some cameos of the characters from second game.
Casting listed on the site are Ryuichi Kijima, Hiroaki Hirata (Black Lagoon, Air Gear), Kazuya Nakai (Blade of the Immortal, Aldnoah Zero), Sayaka Ohara (Aldnoah Zero, Aria the Animation) Daisuke Sakaguchi (Amagi Brilliant Park, Air Master) and veteran Maaya Sakamoto (Blade of the Immortal, Kara no Kyokai).
