Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is still a couple of years away, but fans can barely wait for the sequel to hit as it is. Now there’s a new tidbit on the next movie, and they’re apparently going to be expanding on the relationship between Nebula and Gamora.
Karen Gillian (who portrays Nebula in the Guardians of the Galaxy film), during an interview with CBR talks about the film and she feels that they will be elaborating more on the relationship between Nebula and Gamora. To jog your memory, the two are the adopted daughters of Thanos, who raised them both to be weapons to serve under him.
So the film is going to flesh out “sisterly relationship” as quoted by Gillian; so the big question is, will they be working out those issues of “sisterly love” over coffee or in the battlefield?
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to hit theaters on 5 May 2017, so buckle up cause we have quite a bit of waiting to do.
