Penang Anime Matsuri – 1-2 July
Penang Anime Matsuri is definitely coming this year, having made a post on their Facebook page; “Getting ready 2017”. No other information has been released as of yet so stay tuned for an update from the organisers. More info here.
Comic Fiesta Mini – Unconfirmed -September
Like Comic Fiesta 2017, the details have yet to be released for this year’s Comic Fiesta Mini but it’ll be in Penang as usual.

Komik Kon 2017 – Unconfirmed
Rumour has it that this convention is in fact coming back this year, sometime in April. However, we don’t really have proof at the moment but we’ll be keeping our ears to the ground if they do make an announcement.

Cosmart 2017 – Unconfirmed
Organised by Comic Fiesta, Cosmart isn’t a convention in a traditional sense, but it’s pretty much one of the best places you can get your cosplay supplies in preparation last minute for Comic Fiesta or if you want to pick up stuff for cheaps, all in the same place. No confirmed date yet, but it’ll likely be taking place towards the end of the year.
Comic Fiesta 2017 – December
While the finer details haven’t been released yet, it’s pretty much a no-brainer that Comic Fiesta will be back this year and it’ll be rolling around in December.

GamePlan 2017 – Unconfirmed
GamePlan is apparently on hiatus this year, we don’t know if they will be back. They are however organising a whole bunch of different gaming related events, so you might want to check those out instead.
