We’re still a few months away from the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 , but Marvel Studios has treated us to a bunch of hi-res stills from the teaser trailer.
Most of the main cast are present here, including Star-Lord, Drax, Gamorra, Rocket Racoon and of course Baby Groot, who you can get a really good look at in the images below.
Absent here is Star-Lord’s father, Ego the Living Planet, but he hasn’t made an appearance in any promotional material at all.
In the comics he appears as a literal living planet, complete with a face, but it’s yet to be seen how Kurt Russell (Ego) will be looking like in the film.
