The popular comedic, slice of life series Himouto! Umaru-Chan/干物妹!うまるちゃん is confirmed for July screening.
Animated by Toho Animation, the manga written by Sankaku Head has been in Weekly Young Jump since 2013 and has collected into four tankubon volumes so far. Proven to be popular with the readers thanks to the cutesy antics of the titular character, Umaru, it gained enough traction to be animated into full time TV series as announced in AnimeJapan 2015 recently.
Basically the story is about this perfect school girl who leads a double life at her house, she is bratty and very lazy girl who dotes on (or being doted on by) her responsible, serious but loving elder brother. So far, no confirmation on who is on the staff of the series or the voice acting crew yet.
On a glance, the series should be a fun, lighthearted watch for fans.
