Guillermo del Toro and Andres Muschietti’s horror flick Mama has just gotten the go-head from Universal to make a sequel.
The original movie centered around a couple who take in their orphaned nieces after finding them abandoned in the woods for five years.
The sequel will have Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kolsch to rewrite and direct Mama 2, though Jessica Chastain (as the aunt Annabel, from the first movie) is not expected to return.
There’s no other details on what is to come for the sequel but we bet it would be as creepy as the first one.
