You heard that right, Idea Factory is apparently developing an otome game based on the Mr. Osomatsu franchise through their Otomate brand.
The brand has yet to announce any pricing, release platforms or when we can expect it to hit the shelves. Otomate has previously produced games like Norn9, Hakuoki, Brothers Conflict and Diabolik Lovers.
Mr. Osomatsu got the anime treatment sometime last October and has been airing for two consecutive seasons. The anime (which is starting to enjoy some popularity) is based on the original Osomatsu-kun manga by Fujio Akatsuka and is a “high tension comedy” focused on the Matsuno household. The main stars of the show are the family’s six mischievous sons (who happen to be sextuplets) who are all in love with the same girl, Totoko; including the oldest of which, Osomatsu.

The new show has the six as adults while the original manga had the boys at the age of 10.
