The world’s largest indoor theme park is now open, marking the first time both Marvel and Cartoon Network have cooperated in a single theme park!

IMG Worlds of Adventure is located in Dubai, built along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the fastest growing tourism hub in the country.

The theme park is also open all year round, with four main zones all contained in a 1.5 million square feet temperature controlled environment.

These are none other than the Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure and the IMG Boulevard, which is home to a wide assortment of retail outlets, food and beverage offerings, 20+ rides and attractions, as well as a 12 screen state of the art Novo Cinema Multiplex with an IMAX screen.

The Marvel zone is a good 350,000 square feet, and will offer a range of entertainment experiences from iconic Marvel franchises, including the Avengers: Battle of Ultron ride, Hulk Epsilon Base 3D, Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge, Thor Thunder Spin and Avengers Flight of the Quinjets rides.

The Cartoon Network zone on the other hand measures in at 230,000 square feet and has the first ever Ben 10 5D Cinema as well as Powerpuff Girls, LazyTown, Adventure Time and The Amazing World of Gumball themed rides and attractions.

Last but not least is the Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure zone, which is the largest of the four zones at 700,000 square feet. The area includes a 1.1km rollercoaster called “The Velociraptor” which runs up to 100km/h in 2.5 seconds, also being the tallest and fastest in Dubai.
