Blade Runner 2049 is hitting the screens next month, and Johnnie Walker has produced a special limited edition scotch whiskey just for the occasion.
The whole thing is the result of a brief cameo of a Johnnie Walker bottle in the film, and the aptly named Johnnie Walker Black Label The Director’s Cut limited edition whiskey looks exactly as it does in the movie, taking cues from the future world of the film as inspiration for its design.
We don’t expect the whiskey to be that easy to find either; as it’s limited to just 39,000 bottles in production with just 240 in Hong Kong. It even is a smidge stronger than your average whiskey too, containing 49% alcohol as a nod to the film’s title.
We’re not too sure exactly how much it might cost (apparently it is in the region of USD$90) but if you can get ahold of one it’s probably just too good to drink!
