Kekkai Sensen or Blood Blockade Battlefront/血界戦線 has their last episode coming, a.k.a episode 12 “ Hello World!”. The episode will be aired after the controversial cliffhanger in episode 11 last season. Fans have been wondering when the anime will complete the story ever since.
Studio Bones announced it on their official site with its scheduled airing in Japan – MBS will be first to stream it on 3 October 2015 followed by BS11 on 7 October 2015 and finally Tokyo MX 11 October 2015. At the same time, anime’s staff will be hosting a “Special Event Kekkai Sensen ~Libra Nihon Shibu Welcome Party~” (Special Event Blood Blockade Battlefront Japan Branch Welcome Party~).
The episode length will be 46 minutes long instead of the usual 20 minute anime episode format. Rie Matsumoto (Kyousogiga) will be still serving as the director. Scripting is by Kazunao Furuya (Blackjack the TV movie) and Cowboy Bebop’s character designer, Toshihiro Kawamoto.
