These leaked images from Neogaf that apparently are concept are for the upcoming God of War 4 game would mean that Kratos is ditching the Greeks and heading up north.
While they are pretty much still fresh off the rumour mill from Nerdleaks, we aren’t entirely sure whether or not they’re real. But they’re pretty convincing looking, and Kratos is even sporting a beard.
There isn’t much other info that came with the leak but from what we can tell, Kratos will be bearded and the setting will be set in Norse Mythology. It also looks a bit like the environment will be somewhat intractable and Kratos has an axe at his disposal.
Chances are Kratos will also be beating down some Norse gods (we think a showdown with Thor would be absolutely terrific!) and maybe visit the land of Alfheim. At any rate, check out the gallery below for more of the leaked concept art!
