The next Legend of Zelda title has been officially outed with a new name, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The new game will have a rather different approach from how the series previously handled things too, with Link cooking, hunting, crafting and exploring the landscape.
The game was originally discussed during E3 2013, and then delayed from its original 2015 launch window to March 2017, where it will debut on Nintendo’s mysterious next-gen NX console and the Wii U.
So far it’s looking really good, and the ability to do much more than just questing would be a nice departure from what the game is known for. That and a much more interactable landscape too! We’ve definitely got our eyes on this one.
Stay tuned for more E3 2016 coverage as it comes.
