Minecraft: Story Mode is set to get a lot more content in the form of three more episodes that will be released over the course of the year.

Episode 5, which launches 29 March (that’s next week) won’t be the game’s last chapter. Those who want Episodes 6,7 and 8 will have to have at least purchased the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, which was released in October last year.

The fifth installment, Order Up! sends the player protagonist Jesse and their friends to an abandoned temple where they’re ambushed and find themselves in a new world.

Story Mode has a voice cast of Patton Oswalt, Catherine Taber, Paul Reubens, Sean Astin and Melissa Hutchinson (who also voices Clementine in Telltale‘s The Walking Dead) voicing characters in this adaptation of Notch’s super-popular franchise.

Unfortunately we don’t have any other specifics on the upcoming three episodes or when they’ll be released, maybe we’ll know when the third season for  is announced at SDCC?
