A brand new trailer for the upcoming Alien: Covenant movie is here, and boy they made good on their promise for scarier Xenomorphs.
Previously, Fox released a short prologue that introduces the crew of the Covenant, and reveals that Michael Fassbender’s role in the film is that of a Weyland Corp android named Walter. In Prometheus, Fassbender also played the android David, but really it was by no means a robotic performance.
The new trailer also introduces a new kind of Xenomorph, currently dubbed as “backbursters” likely due to their choice of uh, exit location.
Alien: Covenant will hit the cinemas 19 May, and is a direct sequel to Prometheus. Anyway, here’s the trailer below!
