Right on the trail of the last Alien: Covenant trailer comes a new, red-band trailer with additional gory footage, especially that of an Engineer with all its skin missing.
We’re not entirely sure how this skinless Engineer fits in with the story, but its quite possible that David (played by Michael Fassbender in Prometheus) has been hard at work conducting experiments on Paradise. As it is, we already know that there’s more than one kind of Xenomorph living on the world, and it might be a tiny clue to just what’s going on this deadly planet.
Here’s the synopsis:
The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape.
