Hello Kitty fans who also happen to be fans of the new Nintendo 3DS, rejoice! you can now have both your favourite things all in one place.
The Japanese game company has teamed up with Sanrio for a special edition of the new Nintendo 3DS which is set to hit the market 28 November 2015. The console would retail for about US$142 or 17,000 Yen (that’s about RM 614), and the package comes with a New Nintendo 3DS console with custom cover plates decorated with Hello Kitty artwork, an AC adapter, a 4 GB memory stick and downloadable Hello Kitty themed software.
For the fans who already have the New Nintendo 3DS, they can opt to buy the Hello Kitty cover plates for US$17 (2000 Yen). Sadly, these are available only in Japan and there is no news if this theme variant will ever see daylight outside of Japan. However, the card packaging of the cover plate includes multiple languages gives hope that one day this theme will be sold outside the land of the rising sun.
