Update: So it turns out that the Steamed Chicken Burger was fake and it was a marketing gimmick to introduce the Double Down Burger (which we’ve already had for a month here in Malaysia).
However, aside from the normal Double Down burger, KFC Singapore has also launched the Hawaiian Double Down burger. It comes with turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce and of course, a slice of pineapple (because we all associate Hawaii with pineapples right), sandwiched between deep fried Zinger fillets.
Good one KFC Singapore, you got us fooled. Now we guess the rest of Singapore can calm down and continue feasting on unhealthy KFC just like normal.
