So which web shooter will Spidey use in Civil War? According to Latino Review, there are reports that the new Spider-Man (Tom Holland) will be using the mechanical web shooter. This will perhaps put to rest to the debate of whether Spidey should be using organic or mechanic web shooter for Captain America: Civil War.

According to the source above, the web crawler will gain the device thanks to Tony Stark. In the comics, the billionaire made a new suit for Peter Parker when the young Spidey was fighting for Iron-Man. So it is a small nod to the plot in the comics by having Mr Stark craft the web shooter for Peter Parker to use in Civil War, though many fans would still have preferred that Parker created it himself as per classic Spidey.
Perhaps the fans will be more relieved now that Marvel and Sony decides to stay true to the canon for this one. Spider-Man will be swinging around in Captain America: Civil War in the theaters on 6 May 2016.
