After it’s initial delay and hints that it will be out in Q3 of 2017, the sequel to Outlast is finally hitting the shelves in April.
The new game will officially be available on PC, Xbox One and the PS4 starting 25 April, with a special edition with both the original and Outlast 2 to become available with the Whistleblower DLC.
There’s no plans to make any DLC for Outlast 2, but that might change depending on the game’s popularity.
Outlast 2 will be putting you in the shoes of Lynn and Blake Langermann, a husband and wife team of investigative journalists. They are following clues in the Northern Arizona desert as it leads them into the darkness full of hidden horrors. We have high hopes for this game, and we’re quite sure Red Barrels Games won’t disappoint.
Outlast 2 will be available for digital download at USD$29.99 (about RM133) at launch , while a disc version will set you back USD$39.99 (RM 177). Still not available for pre-order on Steam but that will probably be up in a few days.
